Triathlon is an optional sport for bid cities and therefore is not always included in Games as was the case in Delhi 2010. Jersey participated in the 2002 and 2006 Games and again in Glasgow 2014 and Gold Coast 2018. It is hoped that once again Jersey will have Triathlon members in Team Jersey in Birmingham 2022.
