Malta will host the 2027 Youth Commonwealth Games from 30 October to 04 November 2027. The participating sports are:
- Athletics and Para Athletics
- Netball
- Sailing
- Squash
- Swimming and Para Swimming
- Triathlon
- Water Polo 4×4
- Weightlifting
